Hairstyle from hell. Need ideas for stupid haircut.?

So 3 days ago I got this haircut that my friend recommended. Straight across bangs and a length a little longer than shoulder length. Mind you I have wavy curly hair. I used to have hair p the and a side part with bangs past my chin. It looked good and I had so many hair styles to choose from. Now it seems I can only straighten my hair to keep it looking like I just rolled out of a biker gang and don't give a damn what I look like. So any tips on how to make it look cute or just some ideas other than straightening.
