What is wrong with my dog?

Ihave a 7 month old male yorkie/maltise and all of sudden hes xtra -xtra hyper? he wont/cant sit/sleep/walk but runs steadily, for about 5 hrs now. he is the type of dog that will eat/drink any and eveything, but now wont touch anything, please,what is wrong or what can i do? I am scared hes gonna have a heartattacke so i have him in a kennel. thank you.
