Do i need to balance out my diet?

You are getting quite a lot of protein from the eggs, the turkey, the cheese and the chicken. This should be enough each day unless you are a bodybuilder or weightlifter. A good idea is to buy a bag of mixed nuts and raisins as you will get extra protein from the nuts and you will be getting some fruit from the raisins. You are getting what looks like 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, but you could cut up a banana and have it with your breakfast if you want more. For dinner you could try adding more variety into your salad such as peppers, raddishes, onions, mushrooms etc. You can get them ready washed and sliced from the supermarket so they are really quick to prepare. And you can also buy packs or tins of fruit salad to have after to really increase your fruit intake. Plus they are really low calorie so they wont increase your calorie intake significantly.
