For all native american drummers/singers out there?

just recently i finally sang my first full pow wow with multiple drums and monday morning i felt it my voice was pretty much dead i cud still talk but every time i tried to hit a high note it comes out a whisper. im beggining to worry now its been like 5 days now and its still like that! i am 13 years old and have been practicin for that pow wow for so long and now when i try to sing i just cant...is there anything i can do to fix this..help!!
