Which SP would you take?

I've read in several magazines and looked up several sites on sleeper picks this year and starting pitching came up in a lot of them for a sleeper to be Manny Parra, who I currently have on my team. He has always been a decent starter nothing extrodinary however he has a pretty good offense behind him so he may do as well as some predict. I've always been somewhat fond of Ian Snell, he's on a pretty bad team obviously however he was their number 1 starter last year and now is their number 2. so personally i'd go with the sleeper reports and pick up Manny Parra
