Can a 18 year get a business loan from the bank?

Is it possible for me to obtain a business loan from the bank? I'm currently 19 years old and my dad is planning me to add me as a co signer that way i could get a loan? So my question is that will it work he has an excellent credit score and currently owns 2 business. I want to get a loan of around 1 to 1.5 million dollar. I mean is it possible for me to get one. Also how much do i have to pay upfront is it 10 percent? Is it possible if i don't pay upfront and pay it later?
