How do i stop poop from burning?

usually when i poop if soft and it doesnt hurt at all but for the past few days ive been trying to take a **** but i cant because it hurts like hell ive managed to get some of it out but i cant get the rest out because i have this painfull buring feeling in my but i guess the inside of my is swolen or something i dont know please help
