Best way to exchange currency (Montreal)?

I'm in downtown Montreal and need to exchange about 300 Chinese yuan (around 50 dollars CAD) from my recent trip to china back to Canadian dollars. Where's the best place to exchange the money- exchange house, bank, etc... where I won't get screwed over with like a 30 dollar fee? Thanks in advance.
