I found a guy, i love him and i kind of think he's the one.?

About a three years ago my best friend Angela invited me to her Christmas party, I never thought that i would have fun after having a harsh break up with my boyfriend of a year. But then i met Josh and we have been together ever since it was like a fairy tale for me being through a few bad relationships, he has told me he's very into this relationship and would do anything not to lose me. We have been planing too quickly it seems like i just want to take it slow but i have a hunch he wont take "no" for an answer, i wouldn't want to lose him either but i just want a nice way to say i don't want to rush our relationship. He seems to be insecure so i need an easy way to tell him.
