Sounds like to me that she is not that much into you as a friend. If you still want to be friends with her then either have a talk with her or just talk to her how you have been. Sounds like she is avoiding you personally. Just find another friend that will be better. If she sees you with another friend she might talk to you more. Some get jealous who knows.
