Should we have our own Canadian Division?

What a great league the NHL would be as the winner of the Canadian Div. the western Div [US] and the Eastern Div.[US] would play for the Cup. Yaa Hoo. Take the Weak US teams and put them back in Quebec and Winnipeg and the new team in Hamilton, What a Division.
