Iraqi militias infiltrate internet gay chatrooms to hunt their quarry – and hundreds are feared to be victims?

Is it defying their own laws, if not, there isn't an issue worth reporting. Sure it is an international human rights issue, but its not an issue of them doing something wrong. What you have to remember is that even if there is something wrong with how something is going to be done, if their laws are behind it, there culture has allowed it, and it is ok there. If their laws are not behind it, it is a rogue military group, and should be hunted down and put on trial.
