Help me with my problem. please.?

OK. So i was dealing this since LAST YEAR. The people I talk to, talks back at me with anger. My friends, even my family does that to me. This time I really can't deal with it. Please help me with this. I really can't deal with it. I'm getting weary and tired of being treated like some poor guy with leprosy or some crazy hobo which gets treated like a house rug.
